We are back once again to talk about the CRM module that you have available in your TIMP panel.
And this time it is the turn of the CRM Tags: a fantastic tool to quickly locate those customers with whom you want to perform a specific action.

In this case, as September arrives and we all go back to the routine, it is the ideal moment to launch a communication to those users of your center who stopped their activity during the summer.

Make sure they come back!

CRM tags: what are they for?

Tags help you segment your customers according to different categories: tastes, interests, location in the center…

Once you have them segmented, it is much easier to carry out actions aimed specifically at those customers that interest you according to their profile.

In this case, we are going to prepare the ground to win back those customers who stopped coming to your center during the summer.

Labeling your customers

Let’s see how the process works.
You will see that it is really simple.

Create a label

The first thing you need to do is to create a new label.
To do this, go to the CRM section of your TIMP panel and click on the “Tags” tab .
Once there, select the “New label” option.

In this window that opens we will give a name to the label we have created.
In this case, “Drop out in summer” will be used to identify the clients who did not renew their quota in July (or whatever month you prefer):

If you want, you can write a short description for the label and assign a color of your own .
In this example we have used yellow.

When you click on “Create tag”, it will appear in the list of tags in this section.

Add the label to the corresponding clients

Now that you have created the “Summer Dropout” tag, it is time to search for those customers who did not renew their monthly payment in July.

Once located, go to each customer’s file and you will see a drop-down menu called “Tags”: select the tag you want and add it to the customer’s file.
You can add as many tags as you want to their file.

In this example, you will speed up this process more if you have that label prepared in advance and tag customers as they stop renewing their quota instead of doing it all after the fact.

Filter your customers by tags

You have already created the label and you have put it on those customers who have not come in the summer.

With this done, when the time comes to launch, for example, an email campaign to encourage them to come back after the summer, you will only have to filter them by the tag: “Summer dropout”.

And that’s it: you have in front of you the list of those specific clients, not one more and not one less.
You can now let them know that your center is still open for them in September.

And as a cherry on top, an idea: what if in that email you offer them an attractive promotion for the return trip?
😉

As you can see, this is a very simple process but it makes it very easy for you to perform any action only with those customers you consider: contact them, apply a discount, activate the autopurchase… whatever is necessary at any time and circumstance.

Create your own labels and let nothing escape you!
