TIMP includes the customized app in all plans while B-Sport only in Premium

TIMP allows centers to boost their brand with customization of the booking app through the Progressive App. Businesses can add their logo, color, and name to the app their customers carry on their phones, without having to pay extra monthly for this module.

While the ability to activate the Progressive App is included in all TIMP plans, in B-Sport it’s only available in the top plans of the four available.

TIMP has customer chat, notifications and SMS in all plans

TIMP provides centers with different customer communication tools that don’t require a specific plan, such as chat, notifications, and SMS sending.

B-Sport does not offer customer chat as a feature. It does offer notifications and SMS sending, but not in all plans.
