TIMP Statistics module: how is your business doing?
Know in depth what works in your center and what does not.
With the information in your possession you will go further!
It is surprising to realize how many entrepreneurs do not take any metrics into account when managing their business.
This, far from being a simple anecdote, is a sign of a profound ignorance of the dynamics that govern the success or failure of a company.
At TIMP we have always been very aware of the importance of quantifying each parameter of a business in order to be able to interpret it and make the right decisions.
For this reason, our Statistics provides you with all the information you need so that your center does not drift on the boat of chance.

The TIMP Statistics module: how healthy is your center?
If you regularly visit the Dashboard section of your dashboard, you will know that its graphs give you valuable information about the center’s performance.
But if you also have the metrics of the Statistics module, you will have a global and complete vision of what is happening in your company, and you will be able to draw up strategies to optimize your results.
These are the data that you will be able to obtain in this module:
Average profitability per customer
This metric tells you the average profit you can expect per customer in the current month, taking into account the average of the periods in which your users have been active.
- Action on your part> Depending on the information you obtain, you can implement strategies or campaigns to increase the average ticket of each customer, encouraging them to book a greater number of services.
Average duration
This data will show you the average number of months that your clients have been registered in your center.
- Action on your part> If you notice that the average length of stay in the center of your users is only a few months, you may want to find out the reasons for their short registration: talk to them, get their feedback and get to work so that they stay with you longer.
Cancellation fee
This metric tells you how many customers have not renewed the quota they contracted in a previous period (year, month, etc.).
They are, in short, customers that you have lost.
They are, in short, customers that you have lost.
-
Action on your part> It is none other than to get them back.
As with the previous metric, you must find out why they have left and do everything in your power to bring them back.
Retention
This is the other side of the churn rate: customers who stay with you, i.e. who renew their quota in the current period.
-
Action on your part> A normal manager would be satisfied with knowing that these customers are still with him.
An extraordinary one like you will also be concerned with knowing what encourages them to stay and extend it to the rest of the customers.
Not redeemed
It tells you the total balance that customers have not redeemed, as well as informing you in detail which customers have unused balance.
This is important because, as a general rule, a customer who does not use what he has purchased will not buy it again when it is time to renew.

-
Action on your part> Contact those customers who are not using the service they paid for and, in addition to finding out why, provide them with all the facilities they need to enjoy it.
They will appreciate the interest and you will be surprised to find that a large number of them will eventually “get hooked” on the activity or service.
Now you know, if you want to know 100% of the keys of how your center is working, activate the Statistics module and combine the information it provides you with the one you will find in your Dashboard.
