How to activate assessments in your center and their frequency?
From the tab Service Settings’ tab you can activate the configuration and the options to rate the professional, facilities, services and/or comments.
From that moment on your clientele will be able to rate from the booking app the parameters of your business.

In addition, you can choose to have your customers rate you once a week, once a month or once a year.
When and how do customers receive ratings?
When your clients finish a session, they will automatically receive an email to evaluate what you need.
When you ask for honest feedback from your customers you are showing an interest in their satisfaction.

Where can I view my customers’ feedback?
