As you already know, TIMP’ s new CRM module is here, and it brings you a whole set of tools to make customer loyalty easier than ever.
If with TIMP’s booking app you already offer them all the autonomy they need to manage their own bookings in your facilities, imagine if you could also offer them a fully personalized, agile and efficient service… they would never leave!
That is precisely what TIMP’s CRM allows you to do.
And how do you offer a client what he needs before he even knows it himself?
With a professional follow-up of their situation in your center.
We tell you about it.

CRM: the professional follow-up your customers deserve

If you want to offer the best service, you must know where your customers are.
Otherwise you will act “blindly” and your efforts will often be in vain.
Thanks to CRM you can do this follow-up effectively.
So, the first thing you will see in the CRM section of your TIMP dashboard is a summary of the situation of your clients and the activity in the center.
And we have named this tab “Summary”, simple and straightforward.
One of the most interesting features of our CRM is that you can see any information at a glance, with all the data gathered in one place for you.

Thus, in the summary you can quickly see several indicators that we are going to explain below.

Occupation of your center

By means of this indicator you can easily see in a graph the percentage of occupancy that your center has each day.

To obtain this percentage, the CRM takes into account the number of places available in each hour of the day and the number of reservations made in each hour.
This gives you an idea of the daily performance of your center.

You can also consult this information on a monthly basis, viewing the occupancy for all days of the month at the same time.
If you see that your center is underperforming -you have fewer bookings than the number of available seats-, it is time to implement processes and strategies to increase the occupancy of your business.

Information about your users

Below you have a set of indicators that tells you how many users are in a certain situation.
Let’s look at each of these possible situations:

With reserve

Here the CRM tells you how many customers have bookings today, and you can consult a list of them.
They are in queue
How many users are waiting for a vacancy in a certain session in your calendar?
In addition to this information, in the list you can not only check which customers are concerned, but you can also find out the activity and time at which they are waiting for a free slot.
With non-payments
In this section you will see the customers who have pending payment for an activity they booked.
They are celebrating their first anniversary
Do you know how much your users like to receive a birthday greeting?
It is a simple detail but they will certainly appreciate it.
Now you can see in a second how many customers have a birthday today: what are you waiting for to congratulate them?

In addition, you can also check how many customers are:

With active quotas
Quickly check how many clients have a voucher, monthly or individual session in force in order to make a reservation in any of these modalities.
With available balance
Find out how many of the center’s customers have credit today to make a reservation.
With unused balance
How many customers have credit and have not yet used it?
Unreservedly
As you probably know, there are always customers who, despite having a monthly fee or voucher in force, have not yet booked at your center.
Here you can find them so that you can contact them and encourage them to use their quota.
Assets
Here you can check which of your center’s clients are using the TIMP booking app.

Demographic data

Finally, with CRM it is very easy to know how many people of each gender use your facilities, as well as their ages and the type of device they use to book with the app: android or ios.

This can be very useful to plan events in your premises aimed at a specific type of public, as well as to send promotions to a specific group of users, for example.
Now that you know this data instantly, it’s time to put processes in place to get the most out of your business .
And this is where TIMP’s three CRM tools come in : Tags, Tasks and Funnels… but we’ll get to those in future blog posts.
