As Borja tells us, shortly after starting his career, B&Fisio’s workload increased considerably, and it was at that moment when he realized that it was becoming increasingly difficult for him to combine the management of the clinic and the practice of his profession.

His biggest concern as a center manager was not being able to adequately attend to his patients due to the increasing management load of his practice and, not least, the impossibility of receiving new clients because he had no more time for them, not to mention the loss of his personal free time, which he had to invest in a management that was still not as profitable as it could be if he had the right solution.

During our interview, Borja’s face lights up when he tells us that it was one of his patients who told him about TIMP, the management tool he was using to manage a business that had nothing to do with physiotherapy .

Thus, since using the program, the volume of our physiotherapist’s clients has been increasing, which has allowed him to expand the center’s services by adding podiatry, nutrition, nursing and Pilates, as well as planning to add yoga sessions in the near future.
Obviously, this has required an expansion of the clinic’s staff, and Borja tells us that they have adapted very quickly to using TIMP, as have the vast majority of his patients, who have used the application once and continue to use it to self-manage their bookings.

Finally, Borja confesses that without TIMP he would not know how to manage his center today and, if he did, his business would certainly not be as profitable and his free time would be wasted by returning to his old management methods.
With this clarifying statement we have reached the end of our interview with Borja, and just then the doorbell rings: a patient who was able to book this very morning thanks to the queuing has an appointment right now, so we thank our host for his time and leave B&Fisio with the satisfaction of knowing first-hand that, thanks in part to TIMP, his business and his time are perfectly optimized.
