CRM tasks: prepare your center for vacations

We recently made the CRM module of your TIMP control panel available to you.
One of the tools included in the CRM is the Tasks management, and we thought that the days before the vacations are ideal to start using the CRM Tasks and leave everything ready in your center before going to sunbathe.

Homework: preparing your school’s homework before the vacations

With summer comes the vacations, and that’s why it’s essential to get everything ready before some of your staff, including you, go on vacation.
In the previous days there are always many things to do to make sure that everything will work properly during our absence at the center.
And if you have a tool that helps you to carry out these tasks in an efficient and orderly manner, you have a lot ahead of you.
That tool is Tasks, in TIMP’s CRM module.
This is how it works:

Create a vacation task

For example, do you want to establish a holiday period at the center for the summer months in the next few days?
Perhaps you and your members have not yet met to decide which dates you will close for the vacations.
But while you’re waiting for that meeting, let’s create that task so we don’t forget to do it when we’re clear on it.
The first step is to go to the CRM section of your control panel.
Once there we will go to the Tasks section, click on “New task” and write a title for it.

If we consider it convenient, in the “Details” section we will briefly describe what it will consist of.

Assign the task to a professional in your center.

Once you have defined the task title and description, it is time to assign it to someone in your team.
You can assign the task to one or more professionals on your staff, and it will appear in their professional account so that they are aware that they have to perform it.

Set a deadline for your task and create a reminder

Finally, set a due date for this task and schedule a reminder to be sent to the assigned professional(s) before that deadline.

Now just click on the “Create task” button and you are done.
You will see the task you have created and all the information related to it:

Follow the same procedure for any task you want to schedule throughout the year.
