TIMP’ s CRM module is great.
As you know, it helps you to professionally track your users, improve your management processes and provide the most personalized customer service possible.
We recently explained how to get the most out of CRM Tasks, as well as the Tags function of this module.
Now is the time to learn how to apply CRM Funnels in your center.
Imagine a tool that allows you to know how many customers are at a certain commercial stage so that you can offer them what they need at each one.
You could move them towards complete loyalty!
Imagine no more: that tool is Funnels.

Funnels: know what stage each customer is in and act on it

In any business, every customer has a journey that we can differentiate into stages.
By knowing which stage a user is in, we can take actions with that person to move on to the next stage, so that he/she becomes more and more loyal to our brand and always renews our services.
Well, the set of these stages is called funnel and TIMP CRM allows you to generate as many as you want to offer the best service to your customers.
Let’s see how they are used.

Create your first funnel on TIMP

Creating a funnel in TIMP is very simple.
The first thing to do is to know what types of funnel you want to monitor in your center.
As an example, let’s assume that you want to track your test customers, i.e. those contacts who come to your center once to test the installations and decide whether they will eventually become customers.
Logically you want them to go for the latter, so if you want to be successful and grow your customer base you must offer them what they need every step of the way.
That path is your “Test Customer” funnel .
Let’s believe it:
From your control panel, access the CRM section and once there go to the Funnels tab.
Now click on New funnel and name it “Test customers”.
If you wish, add a brief description for your funnel and then assign the professional(s) in your center who will oversee it.
Then click on Create funnel and you will have completed the first step.

Create the columns of your funnel

With our brand new funnel created, it’s time to generate the different commercial stages that compose it: those that your test customers can go through.
We call these stages “columns”.
To do this, click on the Add column button and give it a name.
In our example we are going to call this first column “Show interest”, which will indicate that the contacts located here have requested information about the center’s services, prices, etc.
Then indicate the time in days that a test customer should remain in this column: this is the maximum period in which you should perform some action with the contacts that are here or the maximum time you can wait for them to change their own stage in your center (when they do, you will change their column in the funnel).

When you click on Create column you will be able to see it in the funnel and edit it later if you need to.

Following the same procedure you can create the rest of the columns that will form the stages of this funnel.

Place your customers in the corresponding stage

It is already created and you only need to add the corresponding customers to your funnel.
In this case, test customers.
Suppose that two people have just arrived at the center who want to get to know your services and facilities: Isabel and Alberto.
They are undoubtedly test customers, and we are going to put them in the corresponding column of the funnel: “Show interest”.
To do so, click on the cross in the upper right corner of that column and type in its name, which will appear for you to add.
From here, change them to the appropriate column by dragging their name from one column to another:
Thanks to the funnels it will be much easier for you to know what actions to take with each customer and when is the best time to do it.

In this video you can see in detail how to add customers to a funnel and how easy it is to change columns or stages:

As you can see, many of the students in the example have had a tag added to help you learn more about their specific case from the funnel view itself.
You can now combine Funnels and Tags with the Tasks tool to plan actions for each customer according to the stage they are in, so that no action is left undone.

This will make your services and customer service 100% personalized.
