If you think about it coldly, respecting yourself is not thinking about what I can do in a hurry to show off a good body in summer.
To respect yourself is to make sure that during all the months, all the year and during all your life you think about you and you do it taking care of yourself and moving for it.
Therefore, our first advice to look great in summer is: reject everything that has to do with false promises, haste and lack of information.
We professionals at KOM love it and it makes us feel very happy to see that physical changes are achieved in our athletes and how they meet their goals and objectives, but if we have to keep something that makes us feel better than ever and that gives us information about what we are doing correctly in our work, it is when these people tell us: Now I will never stop training again.
That is where we have achieved the big goal of training: habit, adherence and a lifestyle .
Another piece of advice we would like to give you is to look for other objectives that are not only related to the aspect of improving your physique, which we totally agree that there are objectives that are related to this aspect, such as improving the musculature of your arms, getting firmer legs or losing weight and having a more defined appearance.
But after a few years of experience we have realized that if there is nothing else behind it all your training experience is not going to be as good as it could be.
Other goals, such as getting a workout you couldn’t do before, being able to train 3 days a week, feeling more vital and energetic, or simply enjoying what you are able to do in each workout will give you an extra boost that will help you in everything else.
