At TIMP we like to know first-hand our customers’ experience with the program: how it helps them in their day-to-day operations at their centers, what features of the dashboard they use the most and what their users think of the booking application.

Gracia is the director of BeBalance Pilates Lliria, a center that, as its name suggests, offers Pilates classes in the Valencian town.

After showing us around BeBalance’s cozy facilities, we sit down and let him tell us a little more about his center, his journey from its beginnings to the present day and, above all, the role TIMP plays in business optimization.

Three years ago, Gracia decided to start her adventure as an entrepreneur and opened her own pilates center, thus BeBalance Pilates Lliria was born .
At first she was the only one in charge of the business, and from the beginning her main concern was to be able to manage the studio at the same time she was teaching the classes.
It was obvious to her that if she dedicated part of her time to planning her client agenda, answering phone requests for class reservations or managing collections, she would have to reduce the number of Pilates classes the center was prepared to host.

This was undoubtedly a major limitation for Gracia’s growth expectations.
Luckily, a friend told him about TIMP, the integrated management and booking tool for sports centers, and he saw in it a possible answer to his concerns.

Gracia recognizes that she is not a person with special interest in technology, and that this generated some doubts about her adaptation to a management software.
But all this uncertainty disappeared thanks to the TIMP support team, who, step by step and in a simple and close way, helped her to understand how to use the control panel, which is why in a very short time she was already using it on her own without any complications.

In the same way, her clients quickly began to use the booking application on their cell phones, and little by little even the most reluctant ones asked her to use it because of the great convenience it brought them by being able to book their classes at any time.

According to Gracia, the center’s users frequently use queue management to reserve places that become available at the last minute, and this is a great relief for her, because she no longer has to look for customers interested in filling vacancies that appear at the last minute when someone changes their reservation: TIMP takes care of everything, notifying them instantly of the vacancies so that they can sign up from their cell phone.

In this way, Gracia sees every morning on the TIMP calendar how the classes fill up by themselves, and she can dedicate herself exclusively to teaching her Pilates classes.

In fact, BeBalance Pilates Lliria currently has two more teachers in addition to Gracia, and none of the three need to take calls and messages from customers because they self-manage their bookings from the application.

In short, our interviewee tells us that thanks to TIMP she has her center under control 24 hours a day, automating both the management of reservations and collections, and supervising the billing of the center from the panel itself.
This is an advance that allows her to focus all her attention on pilates classes and without which BeBalance would not be able to function as well as it does today.

After this statement, we say goodbye to Gracia satisfied for a job well done, and very aware that being able to offer a service like TIMP is the result of the hard work of a great team whose goal is that each client optimizes the control of its center to the maximum.
