5 tips to create the perfect promo in your center

This is the first step to consider before any other: why do you want to offer the promotion?

In our example it would be to give a monthly fee or a certain number of sessions to another person, thus benefiting from your gift of material.
To make their job easier , it would be a good idea to create a voucher for this purpose, with a descriptive name such as ” You Deserve ItVoucher” or something similar, which will be available for sale in the center’s booking app.
  • What are the deadlines to participate or benefit from it?
Establish very well the deadline to give away this monthly fee or bonus of sessions and make it clear when communicating the promotion.
This way you will avoid misunderstandings.

2. Create a specific voucher for the promo

Now that you have a clear idea of the promotion, it is time to create the session voucher we have just mentioned.

  • The period it will be enjoyed and the number of sessions offered.

3. Study the best way to communicate your promotion

You have already created your promotion.
The next step is to let everyone know about it, and TIMP provides you with a series of tools to communicate this type of information to your customers: notifications, the mailbox and the wall.
One of our favorites is the wall, because with it you can communicate your promotions on the main screen of the app and the booking website of your center.
Thus, all the information will be detailed there by means of a text that can be accompanied by an image or a video to make it even more attractive.
In addition to using our communication channels , we strongly recommend that you also publicize the promotion on your social networks: the further it reaches, the better!  

4. Label the customers of the promotion

With your promotion launched, the next thing to do is to keep an eye out for those customers who purchase the promo through the app or in person when they come to your center.
When they do, tag them using the Tags tool in your CRM dashboard .
This way you will be able to easily locate them later to develop the promotion with them and follow up with them professionally once it is over.
Once you have identified all of them, ask them -at the counter or by email- for the email address of the person to whom they want to give the voucher and send them all the download links to the TIMP app:
When that person downloads it , they can register as a new customer of the center and then comes the last step.
