3 steps to provide online service to your customers
In the TIMP dashboard you have a set of tools so that working from home is not an impediment and your clients continue to train and receive your classes: the wall, the mailbox and the notifications.
During this month of March, all the centers that use TIMP have the Wall and the Mailbox included in the plan as a gift, so take advantage of them.

Take note of the steps to use them and follow the lessons at home:
1st step: the wall
With the TIMP wall you can create posts that your customers will see in the app.
How about creating a wall post letting your clients know that from now on you are going to send them the classes through the app so they can train/learn at home?
Just create a new post, write the content you want to communicate, give it a title and attach the image and/or the URL of the YouTube video you want to add announcing this new feature in person (record a video announcing that you will send them the video lessons, upload it to YouTube and attach the URL of the video in the wall post).
Once published, it will appear to all your registered users in the “News” section of the app.
In addition, it will also appear on the booking website, so that anyone who visits your website – customer or not – will know about your initiative.

2nd step: the mailbox
With the TIMP mailbox you can send messages with attachments to all your customers or to one in particular.
Now is the time to record your video classes and send them to your clients so they can continue to stay fit and learn at home!

To do this create a title, add a description of the class they are going to watch and add the video file with your home training class or languages.
Then you just have to schedule it to be sent and tell the mailbox when to delete the message with the video lesson.

3rd step: notifications
Finally, there are push notifications.
They are very useful for informing your users directly in the app through simple communications, without links or attachments, so that they are updated on any important information immediately.

As they allow you to send individually, in groups or in bulk, they are especially indicated in those cases in which you need to inform only one client or group of clients according to their specific situation, for example those who have a reservation in a specific session or those who share a quota.
