A simpler, more intuitive and better organized booking app
If it’s easy, it’s twice as good.
Yes, we know.
The saying is that the shorter the better, but… if a process is easier it will also be faster, right?
With that principle in mind we have simplified our app: an intuitive design allows you as a user to manage your reservations in a very agile and simple way.
And finding every element of the application where you know it should be… well, it’s simply a pleasure.
A more modern interface
What is the first thing you ask of an app?
Undoubtedly that it is useful: objective accomplished.
And the second thing?
That it has a current style: well, now too.
We knew that our previous design was very functional, so the next step was clear: besides making your day easier, the app had to include more color and differentiate its sections more clearly… and we got to it.

How do you see us now?
Rich notifications
Along the lines of the above, something as simple as the messages in the Notifications section having a color note is capable of brightening up a customer’s Monday.
Now, when you read any of these notifications on your smartphone you will see that it combines text and contextual information.

Because it’s not only what they say that counts, but how they say it.
Between “Shall we meet every day?” or “I love you”, we prefer to hear the latter, even though they may mean the same thing.

Schedules with an overview of all classes at the center
When you go to book a session in one of your favorite activities at the center, it would be great to be able to see at the same time the schedules of other activities because, what if before or after there is another activity that you also want to do?
What if you want to join both classes but their start times overlap on that day?
If you know in what order they are scheduled you can organize your time better and book both at the same time if they do not coincide.
And we say two, but if you want to do more it’s up to you.

Signing contracts and authorizations from the app
On many occasions, users of a center must sign an informed consent form before engaging in a specific activity.
On other occasions, it is necessary to sign some kind of contract in order to use the facilities or enjoy a particular service.
This procedure, although simple, involves a small investment of time that until now required going to the center in person.
But that is over.
Because with the renewed TIMP app it is possible to sign these documents without leaving your desk.
You take out your smartphone, open the app and sign with a finger on the screen.
It’s as simple as that.
The next time someone comes to your center, it will simply be to enjoy their reservation in style.
Simplified customer profile: upcoming bookings, pending payments and contracts to be signed
If you use a filing cabinet, it is to have your documents perfectly organized and located.
In the same way, if you enter your app you want to have your next reservations, the payments you still have to make and the contracts you have to sign at a glance.
Well, there you have it. We have simplified the profile of the app users so that they can find, just as quickly, all the information they need to manage their reservations efficiently and be able to carry out any activity without any obstacles in the way.
Synchronization of reservations with your favorite calendar
Even if your clients use TIMP to make their reservations, do they still use their regular calendar to make sure they don’t miss anything?
We think that’s perfect.
Therefore, so that you can see in your calendar everything you have booked with the app, we have enabled synchronization with other external calendars, such as Google Calendar.
This way you can consult your TIMP reservations at a glance, and if you prefer to refresh your memory with your usual calendar, that’s fine too.
From now on, keeping your schedule under control will be much easier.
Account creation without being a customer
Until recently, if you were not a client of a center you could not download the TIMP app.
The explanation was very simple: what reservation could you make if you didn’t have a center to go to?
But things have changed. TIMP now offers you Connect: a directory of centers where you can book individual sessions without having to be a regular client of any of them.
In this way, anyone can download the TIMP app and choose a center from the Connect directory to book a service.
Whether they are a client or not.
This is an advantage both for the user, who can easily book at any center, and for you as a manager, since you will increase your profitability by attracting new occasional users… who will often end up being regular customers thanks to the good service you offer them.
We like to make you happy.
Now, more than ever, TIMP is for everyone.
Streaming in the app
When we launched online sessions a few months ago so that you could offer your services remotely, your clients attended each session via an external streaming platform.
This was a breakthrough, but we thought that if you can have the best at home… why look outside? why look outside?
To that end, we have created our own streaming tool for you to broadcast your online sessions live from the TIMP app.
A plus of quality in the attention to your clients and the way you connect with them, don’t you think?
Faster and easier login
We have left it for the end, although it is actually the first step to make your reservations: enter the TIMP app.
And when we get to any place, we all like to be greeted with a warm welcome and the best of smiles.
From now on, our app makes you feel that good with an instant login thanks to its link with your Google account.
This way, if your users are already logged in on their smartphone or tablet, they will be inside TIMP at the touch of a button.
