Create a specific quota for each promo

This is the basic and most important step to organize a promotion calendar.

Let’s see: you have a promotion in mind that surely includes a number of sessions with a different price than usual, even more attractive.
Well, you just have to create a quota for that promotion and add all the elements that characterize it: number of sessions, price, time limit for its enjoyment at the center, etc.

Communicate promotions to your customers

Now that you have your promotions created, it’s time to let your customers know about them and take advantage of them.

To do this, you can use the TIMP booking app Wall and also create push notifications that your users can quickly see on their smartphone’s home screen .

Tag those customers who have promotions

In this step, we will take advantage of TIMP’ s great CRM module that allows you to fully customize the service to your customers to tag those users who will benefit from a specific promotion.

The CRM Tags tool is in charge of making this possible. Create a tag with the name of the promotion in question and assign it to the appropriate person.

This way, you will be able to track who is using your promotions and in which period they are using them, something very useful if you want to reinforce a certain promotion at some point or to get feedback from customers who enjoy them in order to improve them now or in the future.

Create a task for the start and end of the promotion

Continuing with the use of the TIMP CRM, in this step we recommend that you take advantage of the CRM Tasks tool to increase the effectiveness of the promotion and its smooth operation in the center.

As you know, Tasks is used to create actions to be carried out in a specific period of time by the professionals of the center, in this case you as the person who manages it or the professionals in charge of supervising the promotions.

In our example, the task to be created could be called “Review start/end of promo”; we leave the title to your choice.
Taking into account the start or end date of a given promotion, you will assign the task a due date and schedule a reminder to perform it before the start or end date of the promotional action in the site.

With this we pursue two objectives:

  • On the one hand, thanks to the reminder you can check which customers are tagged in each of the promotions and implement actions for them before they start to enjoy it or when they are going to end their use: warnings, suggestions to increase the value of the promotion or proposals to renew the service they have enjoyed during the same.
  • On the other hand, this action is very interesting to verify that everything in the promo is working as planned: that the client is taking advantage of the associated discount on the scheduled date, that he/she has enjoyed all the sessions included in this special fee, etc.
