The first thing that the Yoga Box facilities transmit to us when we arrive is a feeling of serenity and peace.
Silence pervades everything, while the lighting and interior design of the place relaxes us with its minimalism.
At the same time, the desire to be in contact with nature is perceived thanks to the green of the different plants that decorate the furniture, mostly finished in wood.

Natasha welcomes us shortly before opening to the public and explains how the idea of creating a boutique yoga studio in Valencia came about: during a stay in London she had the opportunity to learn about this type of business and how it works, and on her return she and her partner founded their own, taking advantage of the fact that it was a concept that was little exploited in Spain.

The Yoga Box is characterized by its exclusive location in the heart of the city, its well-kept facilities that avoid overcrowding and its exquisite personalized attention.

Such a center needed to offer its customers a reservation service to match.

Achieving balance with TIMP

As she tells us, Natasha had never managed a business before and when she started The Yoga Box she realized that in the area of financial management she did not have a clear vision of how and where her company was moving forward.

In addition, she says that compared to London, users of a center in Spain usually book their classes by phone, which slows down the whole process and puts a heavy workload on the person at the front desk, in this case Natasha herself.

When a friend told her about this software , she was quick to try TIMP at The Yoga Box, and the situation changed dramatically for the better: in terms of management, Natasha was finally able to manage the company’s accounts in an orderly, agile and comfortable way, obtaining reports on the current state of the business that allow her to make the appropriate adjustments at any time to increase performance.

And when it comes to classes, your customers book without having to call you on the phone, get on a waiting list if the seats are full and take advantage of the slots that become available when the app notifies them of a vacancy.

Natasha has obviously regained control of her time, focusing on other tasks that are more profitable for her business and freeing herself from the stress of alternating management with telephone answering.
