Center settings: a new view for your daily management

We have redesigned this section of your control panel to optimize the way you view data.

As you already know, from the Center Settings in your TIMP dashboard you can access a number of options on the operation of your business: aspects such as the way you visualize your activity calendar to the customization possibilities of your booking app can be managed from here.

The truth is that at TIMP we are always working on new ways to make your daily work easier, and many of them are reflected in Center Settings, so a redesign of this section was necessary so that in the future all the options it includes will be quickly accessible.

Center settings: same operation, optimized view

Up to this point, in Center Settings you can find different tabs arranged in a horizontal view, which over time has been taking up the width of your screen.

With the new vertical layout, the view of these sections will be much clearer and more accessible, and will make it possible to add new tabs that will be coming soon to increase the value of your business and its profitability.

They are the ones you already know, with some interesting changes:

Profile (formerly “General data”)

Section where you fill in fields such as the name of your center, the sector to which it belongs, its address, description and where you can even run a list of automatic tasks to save time in your daily management.

We have changed its name because it responds better to all the information it includes and that determines the profile of your center.

Billing data

Here you indicate the data with which your center will invoice customers, as well as information such as the BIC code, sometimes required by banks in order to generate debits at European level.


Holidays

In this tab you create vacation periods with their start and end dates, and indicate the reason for them.


Templates

Do you need to create personalized documents for your medical records or contracts?
In this section you can do it in a very simple and agile way.


Data protection

When your customers register as users of your center, they should know how their personal data will be treated.
That’s why you can write here the privacy policy of your center, which will appear when they register from the web or the app and in the contact form of the booking website.

In this tab you can also customize the personal data protection text that will appear at the bottom of the emails you send them.


Customization

What will your booking app look like?
If you have the Customization module active, you can make adjustments to the app, such as choosing your corporate colors and other additional options.
With this optimized view you will have much better organized all the information of your center and you will have access to new sections in an uncluttered and even more intuitive view.
