What is the Referral Plan?

TIMP wants to continue growing with you and reward your loyalty, so that the trust you have placed in us is rewarded.

We want you to feel at home, attracting your colleagues and fellow professionals to our tool.

Therefore, TIMP will financially compensate all those managers who provide contact information of other interested parties, betting even more for all our customers to recommend us to other businesses and companies.

Can I benefit from the Referral Plan?

Any TIMP client can enjoy the benefits of the Referral Plan under the following considerations*:

  • Your participation will only be valid when, at the time of providing the requested contact details and during the verification of the same, you are a customer with an active TIMP plan.
  • The referred person and his/her organization cannot be part of our database of active, inactive or trial customers.
  • Financial compensation per manager and organization will be unlimited.
  • The deadline to take advantage of this promotion is July 12, 2023.

Considerations on the economic compensation of the Referral Plan.

  • It will occur exclusively when our responsible department verifies the information managed (see details below).
  • It will have a value of 40 € (+VAT), which will always be paid upon invoice issued by the professional or business that will receive it, being the bank transfer the method of payment chosen for this purpose.
  • The Referral and Friend Plans (see Panel > Organization settings > Plan and invoices > Friend Plan) are fully compatible; the financial rewards will be cumulative if the referral finally contracts a TIMP plan.

What information does TIMP need to verify?

When the responsible department receives the data of a potential client through the form provided, it will proceed to initiate the verification process necessary to carry out the economic compensation agreed in these general considerations.

First of all, it will be strictly necessary that the referred one initiates the configuration of a free test Panel during the demonstration, programmed for this purpose by our responsible department, and that he/she actively participates and takes part in it until its completion.

The data to be verified, necessary to comply with the requirements, will be the following:

  • Data of the professional, manager of the organization:
    • Name.
    • Phone.
    • Email.
    • DNI.
  • Organization data:
    • Name.
    • Address.
    • Phone.
    • Website or digital asset (RRSS or similar).
    • Type of business (company or self-employed).
    • NIF or CIF.
    • Type of activity or vertical (health, fitness, personal care, etc.).

Privacy Policy

By using the form provided, you will send the data to TIMP in order for us to contact your referral and initiate our sales process.

At the moment of submitting the data of the potential client that refers us, the TIMP client declares and guarantees that: (i) has previously informed the potential customer that it will refer him/her to TIMP and the commercial purpose for which it is doing so; and (ii) has the necessary authorizations and permissions to provide contact information of the potential customer to TIMP.

At the time of the first contact with the potential client, TIMP will expressly indicate that their data has been referenced by the TIMP client, who has made the recommendation.

The customer shall hold TIMP harmless for any claims that the potential customer may bring against TIMP for the use of its contact information for commercial purposes.
