Time to fine-tune your schedule<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

In addition to internal order and clarity, the software helps to take care of the external image and how you give information to your customers. <\/span><\/p>\n

Therefore, one of the most important parts of preparing TIMP to offer your Pilates class is the schedule. <\/span><\/p>\n

In the TIMP App, from where your customers will book, we use a very simple and intuitive calendar where your students will have no doubt how to book a class. <\/span><\/p>\n

The important thing is that when completing the services and classes you offer, you fill in the fields as accurately as possible and that you adapt the offer as you see fit so that all the information is as clear as possible. <\/span><\/p>\n

The schedule that your customers will see is a reflection of your <\/span>Calendar<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/h2>\n

The Calendar that you have created in your TIMP Panel will be the basis of the schedule that your customers will see, so it must be fully detailed.
\nTherefore, we are going to work on the sections that you will have to fill in and take into account before starting to edit the <\/span>Calendar<\/span><\/i>:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Professionals of your studio: first of all, you should go to the section of <\/span>Professionals <\/span><\/i>to register them all.   <\/span>In this section you will be able to register their information and photo as well as set the permissions you grant them in the creation and modification of the panel.<\/li>\n
  2. What services or classes do you offer: if you go to Services <\/i>you will be able to create groups and subgroups where you can register your different classes and services.
    \nThis is a way to have all the information arranged. <\/li>\n
  3. The distribution of <\/span>Resources<\/span><\/i>Resources: in the section of <\/span>Resources<\/span><\/i> you will be able to register all the classes or materials available in your studio.  <\/span>The purpose?
    \nTo put as much information as possible in the classes offered, and to make sure that classes that need the same materials or resources do not overlap. <\/li>\n
  4. Let’s price our classes and vouchers: Accessing the Rates<\/i> section, we will put the value for which we sell our classes and vouchers.
    \nIn the rates you can also create groups to make your work easier.
    \nFor example, you can divide it into Pilates mat and Pilates machines and within each group you distribute your rates, by classes or by vouchers. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Once you have configured the sections that will create the calendar you can access to <\/span><\/p>\n

    Calendar <\/span><\/i>and finish configuring your schedules.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Now we will see a monthly calendar, which you can adjust to the days you want by clicking on the upper right side and selecting the visualization you like the most.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Timetables that propagate over time<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

    With TIMP we have the possibility to create several schedules, and publish to our customers the one we are most interested in.
    \nThe idea of creating a schedule is to create a weekly pattern that will be repeated during the period of time you request.  <\/span><\/p>\n

    By accessing the <\/span>Configure schedule<\/span><\/i>in the <\/span>Calendar<\/span><\/i>you can perform this action.<\/span><\/p>\n

    For example, you can have a summer and a winter timetable.
    \nYou can create a lesson plan and save it so that when the summer months arrive, you can activate that timetable without having to do all the work again. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Occasional classes<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

    Once you have created and selected the timetable you want to publish you can always modify it or add occasional classes in the <\/span>Calendar section, <\/span><\/i>selecting the time slot you want to create the class and assigning professional, service and resource.<\/span><\/p>\n

    How will your students book their class? <\/b><\/h2>\n

    Customer registration<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

    In order to give customers access to book their classes, we will need to have previously registered that customer in the database. <\/span><\/p>\n

    To do so, we will turn to<\/span> Clients<\/span><\/i> and click on <\/span>New customer<\/span><\/i>.

    This process is very easy and fast, customers can book the sessions they are most interested in, and in the case of regular customers with fixed schedules they will not need to book day by day, but will automatically recognize that a place in the class is occupied by that student.<\/span><\/p>\n
