obligations and stay at home, but in many cases we can continue working and serving our customers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>In TIMP we are very aware of this and we have already started to telework, and <strong>so that you can also provide service to your customers<\/strong> we have prepared for you several tools that will allow you:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Send communications to your users.<\/li>\n<li>Send them home training charts and exercises to perform.<\/li>\n<li>Train them directly by video.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Useful, isn&#8217;t it?<br \/>\nLet&#8217;s see <strong>how you can do it in 3 easy steps<\/strong>! <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>3 steps to provide online service to your customers<\/h2>\n<div>In the TIMP dashboard you have a set of tools so that working from home is not an impediment and your clients continue to train and receive your classes: <strong>the wall, the mailbox and the notifications<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>During this month of March, all the centers that use TIMP <strong>have the Wall and the Mailbox included in the plan as a gift<\/strong>, so take advantage of them.<br \/>\nNotifications, on the other hand, are part of all plans. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Take note of the steps to use them and <strong>follow the lessons at home<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>1st step: the wall<\/h3>\n<div>With the TIMP wall you can create posts that your customers will see in the app.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>How about <strong>creating a wall post letting your clients know that from now on you are going to send them the classes through the app<\/strong> so they can train\/learn at home?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Just create a new post, write the content you want to communicate, give it a title and attach the image and\/or <strong>the URL of the YouTube video you want to add announcing this new feature in person<\/strong> (record a video announcing that you will send them the video lessons, upload it to YouTube and attach the URL of the video in the wall post).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Once published, it will appear to all your registered users in the &#8220;News&#8221; section of the app.<br \/>\nIn addition, it will also appear on the booking website, so that anyone who visits your website &#8211; customer or not &#8211; will know about your initiative. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>And once published you can also send it by mail to all <strong>is the time to record your video classes and send them to your clients<\/strong> so they can continue to stay fit and learn at home!<br \/>\n(the dropbox allows you to attach any type of file, including video without the need to upload it previously to YouTube). <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>To do this create a title, add a description of the class they are going to watch and <strong>add the video file with your home training class or languages<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Then you just have to schedule it to be sent and tell the mailbox when to delete the message with the video lesson.<br
