It’s time to take a closer look at the story of another professional who uses<\/strong> TIMP<\/a> to manage his center.
\nTo do so, we met with Borja Sanz,<\/strong> physiotherapist and director of B&Fisio,<\/strong> a physiotherapy clinic in the municipality of La Ca\u00f1ada, in Valencia. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Borja welcomes us in his clinic, taking advantage of a break between physiotherapy sessions with his patients, and takes a few minutes to explain why he considers TIMP to be an indispensable tool in his business today.<\/strong> But before we reach this conclusion, let’s start by getting to know a little more about Borja and his story.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Borja Sanz and his clinic: more and more steps to be taken<\/h2>\n
Like so many other professionals who currently manage their own center, Borja started working for another company.
\nThere, several professionals were sent to different clinics where their services were required.
\nLittle by little, our protagonist acquired the necessary experience and security<\/strong> that led him to consider the option of starting out on his own. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
So it was that in 2015 he acquired one of the centers where he used to work and founded B&Fisio, his current clinic, where he started offering physiotherapy services.
\nAs Borja tells us, shortly after starting his career, B&Fisio’s workload increased considerably,<\/strong> and it was at that moment when he realized that it was becoming increasingly difficult for him to combine the management of the clinic and the practice of his profession.
\nAt that time he was using Google calendar and the telephone as management tools, but they soon fell short. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
His biggest concern as a center manager was not being able to adequately attend to his patients due to the increasing management load of<\/strong> his practice and, not least, the impossibility of receiving new clients because he had no more time for them, not to mention the loss of his personal free time, which he had to invest in a management that was still not as profitable as it could be if he had the right solution.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

B&Fisio and TIMP: a successful partnership<\/h2>\n
During our interview, Borja’s face lights up when he tells us that it was one of his patients who told him about TIMP,<\/strong> the management tool he was using to manage a business that had nothing to do with physiotherapy .<\/strong>
\nEncouraged by the advantages of TIMP that his client told him about, Borja began to investigate whether it would be possible to use it in a clinic like his.
\nHis biggest surprise was to discover that not only did it adapt perfectly to his business, but that it also had specific functionalities for health clinics like his.
<\/strong> \n<\/div>\n
Borja tells us that the next step was to contact TIMP and request a free trial<\/strong> to test the program in his center.
\nAfter a few days of use, it was clear to him: TIMP was the answer to his needs<\/strong> and he had to have it at B&Fisio.
\nHe didn’t even consider using other programs. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Among the main features of TIMP,<\/strong> the ones that Borja uses the most and that stand out above the rest are the session calendar, queuing and clinical records.<\/strong> The latter are one of those specific tools for physiotherapy clinics that we mentioned earlier, and allow you to store in the cloud, and securely, the information relating to each patient: anamnesis, follow-up visits, medical documents, etc., of vital importance to treat the cases of customers with the maximum guarantee of quality<\/strong>.

And as for queuing, customers can have the program alert them if any of their preferred sessions that are already booked by someone else become available, making it easier for them to sign up and enjoy them.
\nIf we add to this the advantage that clients can book – and even pay – through the TIMP mobile app from anywhere and at any time according to their needs, the profitability that TIMP generates at B&Fisio<\/strong> is more than evident for Borja. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Thus, since using the program, the volume of our physiotherapist’s clients has been increasing,<\/strong> which has allowed him to expand the center’s services by adding podiatry, nutrition, nursing and Pilates, as well as planning to add yoga sessions in the near future.
\nObviously, this has required an expansion of the clinic’s staff, and Borja tells us that they have adapted very quickly to using TIMP<\/strong>, as have the vast majority of his patients, who have used the application once and continue to use it to self-manage their bookings. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Finally, Borja confesses that without TIMP he would not know how to manage his center today and, if he did, his business would certainly not be as profitable and his free time would be wasted by returning to his old management methods.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
With this clarifying statement we have reached the end of our interview with Borja, and just then the doorbell rings: a patient who was able to book this very morning thanks to the queuing has an appointment right now, so we thank our host for his time and leave B&Fisio with the satisfaction of knowing first-hand that, thanks in part to TIMP, his business and his time are perfectly optimized.
