<\/em><\/strong>If you notice that the average length of stay in the center of your users is only a few months, you may want to find out the reasons for their short registration: <strong>talk to them<\/strong>, get their <em>feedback <\/em>and get to work so that they stay with you longer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<figure class=\"attachment attachment--preview attachment--jpg\">\n<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3>Cancellation fee<\/h3>\n<div>This metric tells you <strong>how many customers have not renewed the quota they contracted<\/strong> in a previous period (year, month, etc.).<br \/>\nThey are, in short, customers that you have lost. <\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong><em>Action on your part&gt; <\/em><\/strong>It is none other than to get them back.<br \/>\nAs with the previous metric, you must find out why they have left and do everything in your power to bring them back. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3>Retention<\/h3>\n<div>This is the other side of the churn rate: <strong>customers who stay with you<\/strong>, i.e. who renew their quota in the current period.  <\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong><em>Action on your part&gt; <\/em><\/strong>A normal manager would be satisfied with knowing that these customers are still with him.<br \/>\nAn extraordinary one like you will also be concerned with knowing what encourages them to stay and extend it to the rest of the customers. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3>Not redeemed<\/h3>\n<div>It tells you <strong>the total balance that customers have not redeemed<\/strong>, as well as informing you in detail which customers have unused balance.<br \/>\nThis is important because, as a general rule, a customer who does not use what he has purchased will not buy it again when it is time to renew.   <\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong><em>Action on your part&gt; <\/em><\/strong>Contact those customers who are not using the service they paid for and, in addition to finding out why, provide them with all the facilities they need to enjoy it.<br \/>\nThey will appreciate the interest and you will be surprised to find that a large number of them will eventually &#8220;get hooked&#8221;
