The TIMP Insurance module<\/h2>\n
As you already know, the most complicated thing about managing clients with insurance is that they are charged a different price than the one you have established for a certain service<\/strong> in your clinic.
\nIn addition to that, the client does not pay for the consultation, but you must send the insurance companies the billing data of all the consultations with insurance<\/strong> that you have had, so that the companies can pay you for them. <\/div>\n

First of all, this module is not activated from the panel unlike the rest, but you have to request it to our support team<\/strong>.
\nThey will take care of getting it ready for you to start managing the clients assigned to an insurance company with the convenience offered by TIMP. <\/div>\n

Automating your customers’ insurance premiums<\/h3>\n
The first thing to do once you have activated the insurance companies module is to configure the specific price of your premiums<\/strong> for each insurance company<\/strong> you work with or will work with.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
To do this, from the control panel you only have to access the Rates <\/strong>section and select the one in which you want to modify the quota by entering the different insurances with which you usually work.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Once inside the quota, edit it and look for a section called Insurances that accept this voucher<\/strong>: there you can add a specific insurance and the price you will charge in your clinic.<\/p>\n

Thus, when you serve a client assigned to an insurance company, you will only have to select their insurance company and TIMP will automatically assign them the price you stipulated<\/strong> for them .<\/strong> <\/div>\n

Linking an insurance policy to a client<\/h3>\n
Now let’s move on to a practical case: a client with an insurance company arrives at your clinic<\/strong>.
\nWell, with this module activated, the management process is really simple: <\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

  1. Access your profile from the control panel and go to the Profile<\/strong> section. <\/strong>There you will see a subsection called Health Insurance<\/strong>.
    \nEasy, isn’t it? <\/li>\n
  2. Select the insurance policy your client has taken out and then enter the policy number<\/strong> and associated data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    <\/div>\n
    From that moment on, every sale you make to that client, or that he pays from the application through the in-app payment, will appear in your accounting section with the price associated with his <\/strong>specific insurance. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Easily manage the collection of insurance payments<\/h2>\n
    You will agree with us that this is wonderful: you no longer have to go around consulting the specific prices of each insurance policy one by one when dealing with a client with an insurance company. <\/div>\n
    <\/div>\n
    What if we told you that you no longer have to collect one by one the sales of a specific insurance company at the end of the month in order to get paid for your services?

    1. Go to the Accounting<\/strong> section, and in the Sales<\/strong> section click on Filter<\/strong> (or what is the same, on the funnel icon).<\/li>\n
    2. In the Insurer <\/strong>section you select the company whose sales you want to filter at that moment and set the specific month in the start and end date fields.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      You can now export the resulting list and send it to the insurance company<\/strong> in question for payment of the total amount.<\/p>\n
