At TIMP<\/a> we like to know first hand the experience of our clients<\/strong>: to know what management needs they had in their business before finding us, how they managed their reservations and how TIMP has changed their lives.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Therefore, this time we have traveled to Barcelona to meet in person Ra\u00fal Bersab\u00e9<\/strong>, director of Ludus Barcelona Arena<\/strong>, a training center specialized in improving body function through functional training, which strengthen the body and increase the health of users who come to their facilities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Ludus Barcelona Arena: gladiators in times of the Internet<\/h2>\n
As soon as we arrive at the Ludus facilities, Raul welcomes us with a broad smile and a firm but serene handshake. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
The combination of cordiality and professional discipline that he<\/strong> already exudes<\/strong> in his personal dealings, and even more so in someone so young, is immediately striking<\/strong>.
\nUndoubtedly, these are two traits that define the spirit of this place.
\nNot in vain, the name of his training center alludes to the methodical school where the gladiators of Ancient Rome trained before each fierce battle: the Ludus<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Ra\u00fal guides us through its facilities, showing us the different spaces that make up this particular learning field for modern gladiators.
\nBuilt on the site of an old factory, Ludus Barcelona Arena still retains its metal beams of yesteryear<\/strong>, some of them reconverted into supports for exercises such as pull-ups.
\nAdding another touch of charm to this unique style, an old industrial winch anchored to the roof watches over the training sessions from above with its hook. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
\nThe gym consists mainly of three rooms<\/strong> in which different training styles are taught -TacFit, Cross Training, boxing, hypopressive, strength training and mobility improvement-<\/strong>, and in our visit guided by Ra\u00fal we found several people who have come one more day to get in shape in these facilities.
\nThere they are tutored by one of the Ludus professionals, who in this case teaches them how to perform hypopressive abdominal exercises. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Even a gladiator needs help in managing his business<\/h2>\n
Once we have seen the center, Raul accompanies us to the counter, where he begins the interview and tells us his story. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
As a professional, our protagonist has studied the Superior Degree in Physical Sports Activities<\/strong>, since he felt the call of sport from a very young age, developing a clear vocation of service that led over the years to the founding of two sports centers, one of which is this one that concerns us today.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
The main difficulty that Ra\u00fal encountered when he opened the business was the daily accounting<\/strong> management: on the one hand, the balance of income and expenses was difficult to keep up to date because he had to combine it with teaching classes; on the other hand, the collection of membership fees became a difficult task because everything was written down on paper or in an excel document<\/strong>, which hindered the process and, above all, took up a lot of time every day.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
In addition, the capacity of the classes was often exceeded because, without an agile way of managing the agenda, it was very difficult to control how many people were going to attend each day’s class<\/strong>.
\nThis also meant that, on many occasions, Ra\u00fal and his team had to spend a lot of time trying to find out what quota each user was entitled to according to their activity and level, as well as verifying how many sessions had been used and how many were still available. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Aware that these cumbersome management processes were hindering his daily work and his desire to offer the best service, it was clear to Raul that he needed to find a solution as soon as possible<\/strong>.
\nSo he started using different systems in the hope that they would help him manage his business more efficiently, but they didn’t offer him what he was looking for. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Fortunately, a friend soon told him about TIMP<\/strong> and the advantages it offered for centers like his, and Ra\u00fal didn’t think twice: he had to try this tool at Ludus Barcelona Arena.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

TIMP, an instant upgrade for Ludus<\/h2>\n
Raul explains that when he started using TIMP he experienced a positive change almost instantly<\/strong>: the numbers finally came out in a comfortable and agile way, and it was the system itself that was responsible for discounting the training sessions as users were consuming them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

All these aspects further raise the quality level of Ludus’ service<\/strong>, as Raul assures us with satisfaction.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
