A new functionality is added to the large list of modules offered by our software to improve the management of all the centers that use TIMP.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Chat <\/strong>is a new communication channel different from Mailbox, Notifications and, of course, SMS. It is a tool with which<strong> the professionals of a center can talk to customers in a direct, fluid, centralized and, if desired, bidirectional way.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"638\" height=\"335\" data-id=\"15272\" src=\"https:\/\/wp-timp-pro-wp-uploads.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Chat-TIMP.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15272\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n<p>As an example, it can be used to conveniently follow up on a client after each of his sessions. Thus, in one place, we will have integrated the customer&#8217;s profile, reservations, payment status, history and conversations.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Who will use the Chat?<\/p>\n\n<p>It is intended for use by professionals on a day-to-day basis, while managers can monitor conversations. These are assigned to a specific professional, but it is the manager who can reorganize them, leaving, if he\/she wishes, an internal note.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">How does it differ from WhatsApp?<\/p>\n\n<p>By having the Chat within the TIMP app itself, customers will use the application more to perform other actions such as creating or modifying reservations, thus being able to have a more optimized and centralized management of your clientele.<\/p>\n\n<p>In terms of operation, the main difference is that we decide whether or not customers can initiate conversations. In this way, we avoid the abuse or misuse that sometimes occurs with other messaging systems.<\/p>\n\n<p>However, new customers who are not yet in the center&#8217;s database will not be able to use the Chat until, obviously, they are and have the app installed.
