This Privacy Policy regulates the terms and conditions under which TIME MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES S.L. (hereinafter, “TMT”) processes the personal data it collects through the website www.timp.pro (hereinafter, the “Website”). Through its Privacy Policy, TMT seeks to clearly describe how personal data is collected, processed and stored.

TMT obtains personal data through various sources, by being a visitor to the Website, by being a customer or user of TMT services (the “TIMP User” or the “Center”) or, in its capacity as a data processor, if you are a customer of any of our TIMP Users.

If you are a client of a Center, the applicable privacy policy and the terms of how the Center shares your personal data with TMT are governed by the agreement you enter into with the Center. In the event that you as a client of the Center have any questions about the manner in which such data is provided to TMT, you should contact the Center.

It is important that you consult this Privacy Policy before providing your personal data. Changes to the Privacy Policy will be communicated in a timely manner.

1. Who is the Data Controller?

The Data Controller is TIME MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES SL, a Spanish entity with registered office in Valencia 46015, Avenida de Manuel de Falla 12, escalera A local Y, with Tax Identification Number B- 98684186 and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Valencia on November 20, 2014, in Volume 9874, Folio 44. As Data Controller, TMT will observe the duties arising from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and from the Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.

2. For what purposes are personal data processed?

TMT will process the data necessary and essential for the fulfillment of the purposes described below:

  1. To render the contracted services.

  2. In the event that information about the services provided by TMT, assistance in the use of TIMP or resolution of doubts is requested through the “Chat service”.

  3. In the event that a free trial or demonstration is requested.

  4. Sending commercial communications regarding commercial offers, promotions, products or services of TMT, as well as activities or content that TMT considers that may be of interest.

TMT will not process the data for any use other than that set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Please note that the fields marked with an asterisk in the various collection forms are mandatory. If you do not provide them, TMT may, at its discretion, not process your request. When filling in the form, the Client guarantees the authenticity, accuracy and truthfulness of all the information provided, undertaking to keep the personal data updated. The Client shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements and for any damages that such statements may cause to TMT.

3. What is the legitimacy for the processing of personal data?

  1. The processing of personal data necessary to formalize the provision of services by TMT has as its legal basis the execution of the contractual relationship between TMT and the Client.

  2. In the event that personal data is provided so that TMT can provide help, support or additional information, the processing of personal data will be legitimized by the consent given at the time of requesting such information through the “Customer Service Chat”.

  3. Similarly, in the case of requesting a free trial or demonstration, the processing of personal data will be legitimized by the consent you give when filling in the form and submitting your request.

  4. Finally, the legitimacy for sending commercial communications as well as for the execution of personalized commercial actions will be the consent given for this purpose in the relevant forms and/or by accepting the TMT Cookies Policy.

To whom is the personal data communicated?

TIME MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES S.L., through its website and mobile application, does not communicate your personal data, unless it is essential for the fulfillment of the purpose of the processing.

We will not disclose personal information to third parties without your consent, except as permitted by applicable law. However, TMT makes use of certain suppliers (such as cloud service providers, payment management, among others) with whom we have formalized the corresponding contracts and included the relevant guarantees in accordance with the personal data protection legislation in force so that the processing of your personal data is secure and under the principles set out in the legislation.

5. How long do we keep personal data?

We only keep your personal data for the time necessary to carry out the purpose for which they are processed.

In case of having accepted the sending of commercial information, TMT will keep the personal data as long as the consent given is not revoked. Once the relationship between the Client and TMT is terminated, the personal data will be kept duly blocked for as long as they are necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations to which TMT may be subject, as well as to meet any liabilities arising from the provision of the service.

6. What rights does the interested party have?

Data subjects may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by sending a request to contacto@timp.pro or by mail to the registered office of the company, enclosing a copy of the National Identity Document (DNI) or equivalent documentation, which serves TMT to prove the identity of the applicant.

Data subjects are informed that they have the right to file a complaint before the Spanish Data Protection Agency through the web www.aepd.es.

7. TMT as data processor

TMT accesses personal data of TIMP Users’ customers, in its capacity as data processor, for the purpose of fulfilling the purpose of the contractual agreements entered into between TMT and TIMP Users, for example, to authenticate TIMP Users’ customers in the transactions they carry out through the TIMP User’s account (such as reservations, cancellations, among others). The processing of this personal data is carried out in accordance with the data processor contract that TMT and the TIMP User enter into at the time of initiating their contractual relationship. Any doubt that the client of the TIMP User may have regarding the privacy policy applicable to the processing of its data should be sent directly to the TIMP User.
